Return Policy
The Braceletsthatfit.com website will accept insured returns within 30 days of purchase with
your original receipt. Items must be in new condition. Some items will be shipped
with a plastic tag holder attached. The bracelet or other item must be returned with
this plastic tag holder uncut, fastened and intact, in its original condition. Items
that do not fit this description will be returned to the customer. Items that appear
to have been worn other than to try on at home will also be returned. Braceletsthafit.com
or its parent company Gems Plus is not responsible for return insured shipping charges. In the
event of a dispute of this policy it is the sole discretion of Gems Plus to deem the item
returnable.
Exchanges also must follow the above rules.
Customer must return via insured USPS mail or
other of choice to return to Gems Plus. Gems Plus will pay for shipping back to customer.
